Refund Policy

All sales on digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of these products, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the file has been purchased and delivered. Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, feel free to reach out for support.

• 30% Down Payment: Required before work begins (non-refundable).
• 30% Midway Payment: Due at the halfway mark of the project.
• Final Payment: Required upon project completion before final delivery.

While we do not offer full refunds on custom design services, we understand that circumstances may arise where a project must be adjusted or discontinued. In such cases:

• If a project is canceled after the initial deposit, the 30% down payment is non-refundable as it covers consultation and preliminary design work.
• If a project is canceled after the midway payment, a refund may be issued minus deductions for time and work already completed.
• If the project is fully completed, no refunds will be granted, but minor revisions may be accommodated as per the agreed-upon terms.

We want you to be satisfied with your custom design. Reasonable revisions are included in your package, but excessive revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may require additional fees. Please communicate any concerns as early as possible to ensure we meet your expectations.
